Happy happy!

Happy happy to you all! May the New Year bring with it all the good things that it damn well should! Some of you might be fighting off the lingering talons of a New Years Eve hangover, but there is a chance it was the food. To quote Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers: "It wasn't the wine," murmured Mr. Snodgrass, in a broken voice. "It was the salmon."

It must be said however, that good wine is known not to induce the toxic muse associated with hangovers, usually brought about by drinking red wine too young hence too much tannin, or cheap wine renown for having too much sulphur in the often less than artful process of bulk ‘manufacture’. Good wine however is your friend! So don’t make any silly resolutions about going on a bloody grape diet or worse, de-toxing. Simply hold the bottle up to the light and you will see that your dreams are always at the bottom! Bottoms up!
