It's time to ponder next year's wines for me. So for inspiration I hit my favourite secret spot on a high dune just beyond the dune forest, with a brilliant view of the waves and the uninhabited, remote beach below me. It’s quite a hike to get there through the Milkwood forest and brambles, but with a snack and a chilled bottle of chardonnay on the other side, it’s well worth the effort. I hope you all have a magnificent Festive Season, and some of that ever essential quiet time between the partying to gather thoughts and update your personal missions and goals for the coming years!
