Opened in 2011, Saboroso is a magnificent Mediterranean dining experience without the fuss, situated at 38 Victoria Road in Bakoven. Carefully selected menu, superbly cooked fresh ingredients, with tapas for starters and a wide range of beautifully prepared Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish influenced mains, coupled with an extensive, yet selective wine list. Good quality wines by the glass are available, which makes for a nice change. You'll be pleased to know that Brothers Legacy, Brothers Shiraz and Brothers Sauvignon Blanc are all on offer, and at very reasonably marked up prices too. Inacio De Gouveia is the host, and you can be sure he'll look after you throughout. He even enjoys throwing a few specific ingredients together for guests who want something a little different.
