I’m very pleased to inform you that Brothers Wines is again proud to associate itself with another fine SA restaurant, Kuzina.
Kuzina has recently opened in Rosebank, next to the Firs, and promises to be really excellent judging by the menu, wine list and enthusiasm shown to-date. The passionate joint owner/chef, Gerald Veltman, became a Brothers Wines enthusiast from his days at the famous Willoughby’s in Hyde Park Corner. It is important to me that the restaurants I supply, display a sense of great quality food, ambience, wine selection, service and overall value, associated with the same qualities that I expect to find in my own wines. I am therefore very selective as to where Brothers is retailed, ensuring that the wines are presented in establishments that reflect an exude the quality Brothers brand.
At KUZINA restaurant we focus on quality and the authentic Greek way of eating out. Greece has always been an exotic international destination, especially for its unique cuisine.
When we talk about Greece we start talking about food. KUZINA in Greek means KITCHEN and in our tradition this is the most warm and welcoming room in the house, where the family always comes together.
This is the reason why we gave our restaurant this name, hoping that we will be your favourite all day hidden gem where you can smell, feel and taste true Greek aromas.
To eat like a Greek you have to think like a Greek and that means quality, enjoyment,
variety, creativity, companionship and of course famous Greek hospitality.
